Our Workstyle & Performance Profile (WPP) is a hiring assessment tool that helps take the guesswork out of finding the right ‘fit’ between an employer and employee. We use the WPP because it works.


Every candidate we present to you has been assessed through the WPP.

How It Works:

    We find out who you are as an organization. Easy-going and relaxed? Fast-paced and innovative? We look at your job requirements and your organizational culture.

    Each candidate completes a 15-minute online questionnaire. There are no right or wrong answers, it simply asks them questions that look at their personality in the workplace.
  • 3. Report & Insights:
    An easy-to-read report is created, which we review and provide to you along with our insights about how this candidate will fit into your organization. We also use the results to probe into specific areas of interest or concern when conducting references.
  • 4. Onboarding:
    We use the WPP to get your new hire up and running faster. We offer expert advice on how to onboard and manage this employee based on their workstyle and yours.

How It Works:

    If you are potential fit for a role we are working on, one of our Recruitment Consultants will send you a link to complete a free 15-minute online assessment. There are no right or wrong answers, it simply asks questions about your personality in the workplace.
  • 2. Report:
    We receive a report back, which we review and discuss with you and your potential employer. We also give you a free copy of the report, which provides job fit considerations and questions for you to ask interviewers to help you determine if a job is the right fit for you.
  • 3. Future Insights:
    You can refer back to this report again and again throughout your career, as a valuable tool to help you make decisions about jobs and employers.
