How to Get Started with Your Job Search

1. Browse Open Jobs & Apply Online:
Visit our job board, browse the postings and apply online for any positions that you are suitable for. If no current jobs are relevant for you, use the 'Sign Up' option near the top of the job board to create an account and upload your resume. -
2. Create a Password & Login:
Once you apply for a job or create an account, you will be sent an email to set a password and login. From here you can upload your resume and apply for other jobs. -
3. Sign Up for Job Alerts:
Once logged in you can also sign up for job alerts so you can be notified by email about future relevant postings. -
4. Application Confirmation:
After you apply for a job, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your application has been received. Check your junk or spam folder if you don't see this email in your inbox -
5. Resume Review:
We review every application that we receive with respect and diligence. Our Recruitment Consultants review the resumes; we do not use AI or automation for screening. We evaluate your background and determine if it aligns with our current opportunities. Recruiters will contact the candidates selected to move forward in the hiring process.
Note: We receive hundreds of resumes each month and we simply cannot place everyone. As such, our Recruitment Consultants typically are only able to speak with candidates selected to proceed in the hiring process of jobs we are currently working on for our clients. -
6. Interview:
If you are a potential fit for one of our clients, we will contact you to learn more about you. During an interview with one of our Recruitment Consultants, we dig even deeper to get to know about your career path and goals. -
7. Workstyle & Performance Profile:
All of our candidates undertake a free Workstyle & Performance Profile (WPP) to help us get to know your workstyle and the kind of culture you would fit well in. You will also receive a copy of the resulting career insight report to help guide your job search now and in the future. -
8. Educate & Advise:
We are here to help you present your best self. If you are selected move forward in the selection process, we will help prepare for interviews and negotiate your compensation. We also provide a variety of online resources to help with your resume, cover letter, interviews, and career.
Note: If you are looking specifically for resume writing services, we suggest looking for a career advisor or coach, rather than a recruitment agency. -
9. Follow Up:
After a placement we don’t just walk away. We will follow up with you to ensure you are happy with you rnew employer and that the job supports your career aspirations.
