LinkedIn surveyed more than 18,000 professionals in 26 countries to shed light on the workforce’s attitude toward job seeking, job satisfaction and career evaluation for the Talent Trends 2014 Report. In the below infographic, they share some of the top career motivators for changing jobs.
- Only 27 percent of professionals say they’re “very satisfied” with their jobs.
- More than half of active candidates say they’re satisfied in their current roles, so satisfaction doesn’t guarantee loyalty.
- Only 15 percent of respondents claim to have no interest in discussing new job opportunities, which means there are plenty of fish in the sea.
