Contingency Searches for Permanent Placements
Whatever your hiring needs, you get the expertise of our specialized Recruitment Consultants and our commitment to consultative and timely communication throughout your search.
Fees
Contingency search fees are calculated based on a percentage of starting salary. There are no upfront fees—payment is due after a placement is made. Specific fee percentages are agreed to on a search-by-search basis. Contact us to learn more. No fees are ever charged to candidates.
Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If your new hire resigns or is relieved from the position prior to the guarantee period ending, a one-time suitable placement is provided (subject to conditions). The length of the guarantee period is agreed to on a search-by-search basis.
Confidentiality
We recognize that many searches are confidential. We handle each search with the utmost discretion, tailoring our approach to your specific needs. Your Recruitment Consultant will collaborate with you to establish a candidate communication strategy that protects your confidential information and meets your hiring objectives.

Part of our recruiting process includes a hiring assessment tool called the Workstyle & Performance Profile. Many of our clients ask us how to harness the power of assessments to help them hire and develop their own teams. Our assessment partner is TalentClick, a global psychometrics company that helps organizations in more than 100 countries to hire, onboard and develop happy, productive, successful teams. They offer a variety of assessment tools that may be of interest to your organization.
Our Process

1. Assess Your Needs and Define the Search:
We conduct an in-person or virtual meeting with your hiring team to define your search. We discuss the position, your needs, timelines and expectations. -
2. Source:
We research the candidate market and then search far and wide to find you the best talent. We leverage our vast database and networks, sourcing tools, job boards and headhunting. -
3. Screen:
We screen candidates to assess their qualifications, experience and fit for the role. We will have them each complete our Workstyle & Performance Profile, a validated hiring assessment that helps predict workplace behaviour and take the guesswork out of finding fit (included with our service at no additional cost to you). After screening, we conduct in-depth interviews with the shortlisted candidates. -
4. Present Candidates:
We present a shortlist of qualified candidates to you and get your feedback. We will go back to sourcing if needed, or you can begin interviews. -
5. Interviews:
We facilitate the interview process between you and the candidates you choose to meet. We provide guidance on interview strategies, questions and areas that may require further probing. -
6. Final Evaluation:
We gather feedback from you and the candidates on how the interviews went. We conduct formal reference checks on the selected candidate(s), and reject any unsuitable candidates in a timely and respectful manner. -
7. Offer & Onboarding:
Once a successful candidate is identified, we assist you with crafting the offer and facilitate negotiations. When an offer is accepted, we provide onboarding support. -
8. Follow Up:
We follow up with both you and the candidate personally after the start date. We also send post-hire surveys to further evaluate our service and the match.
