With over 10 years of experience in administrative support and reception, plus five years in customer service, Michelle strives to constantly exceed the expectations of clients and candidates. She is passionate about helping others, which is obvious in her empathetic and genuine approach to every interaction. With strong communication and listening skills, Michelle seeks to truly understand the specific needs of those she assists, and goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service.
Organized and detail-oriented, Michelle provides exceptional behind-the-scenes support to our Recruitment Consultants. She assists throughout the recruitment process and is actively involved with business operations. With a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement, she takes initiative and implements creative solutions.
Michelle graduated from Computer Secretarial in the Philippines, and has continued to expand her education through a variety of courses and training. She spent several years working in Dubai and is bilingual in English and Tagalog. Away from the office she enjoys spending time with family and loves bowling and swimming.
