Kristan manages marketing, communications and technology for The Headhunters, working behind the scenes to generate new business and to support our Recruitment Consultants. Driven and resourceful, she builds our brand, develops clear and consistent messaging and ensures our team has the technological tools and resources needed for success.    

Kristan holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce in marketing. She brings marketing and business experience from a variety of industries including education, entertainment, IT and government. With a curious mind and a thirst for learning, she keeps her finger on the pulse of industry trends and is always on the hunt for new ways to drive growth. She is passionate about both the creative and technical aspects of her work. 

Outside of work, Kristan enjoys exploring Edmonton's festivals, cuisine, arts, and river valley. An animal lover, she volunteers her time with local rescues and shares her home with two tabby cats.
