Micheline started her HR career with Lowe’s Home Improvement, quickly growing within the organization from Head Cashier to HR Coordinator to HR Manager, responsible for over 200 employees. She has touched on all aspects of HR, including full cycle recruitment, training, benefits and compensation, change management, retention and internal communications. She was a trusted advisor and coach to store managers, a skill that she now carries over to her consultative approach with clients. Micheline tag-teams searches with our Recruitment Consultants, and being highly achievement-focused, uses her sourcing expertise to consistently find and attract exceptional candidates.
Micheline is passionate about helping build careers and futures. Candidates know her as enthusiastic and bubbly, and appreciate her empathetic approach. She has a ‘people first’ mentality, which is reflected in the care she takes to ensure all communications are thoughtful, accurate and timely.
Micheline has a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and is an Associate Member with CPHR Alberta. Born and raised in Ontario, she loves the mountains and has found her true home in Alberta. Outside of work, Micheline can usually be found reading fantasy novels or curating her cat’s popular Instagram account.
