She manages The Headhunters’ marketing and communications portfolio, working behind the scenes to generate new business and support our Recruitment Consultants. Driven and resourceful, she works diligently to build The Headhunters brand, attracting high-caliber talent and top employers. She ensures clear and consistent messaging to external stakeholders and our internal team.

Kristan holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce in marketing. She brings marketing and business experience from a variety of industries including education, entertainment, IT and government. With a curious mind and a thirst for learning, she is always on the hunt for new and exciting ways to drive growth. Known for being 'techy', she enjoys exploring both the creative and technical aspects of marketing.

A quintessential extrovert, Kristan spends most of her free time socializing. She enjoys global travel, but also loves to immerse herself in the vibrant local culture, festivals, events and cuisine that Edmonton has to offer. She is an animal lover who shares her home with a ginger cat and volunteers her time with local animal rescues.
