The attention to our needs was prompt, efficient, and a strong level of understanding was evident from the start. Timescales were met efficiently and communication was strong. Candidate choice was good, and in fact we elected to hire two candidates instead of one.

The relationship my recruiter and I have built over time has led to a smooth recruitment, and an excellent addition to our team. By taking the time to get to know about our business, the culture we are building and the exact skill-set of the individual we were seeking, my recruiter was able to target the ideal candidate and encourage him to consider a change.
