Having been in their shoes, she is a trusted consultant for her clients, tackling their immediate talent needs and setting them up for long-term success. Desirée specializes in recruiting for roles in operations, engineering and supply chain. 

A true 'people person,' Desirée thrives on networking and building meaningful connections with clients and candidates, delving into their stories and life experiences. High-touch communication is key to her approach, and her genuine interest and empathy shine through as she engages at each step of the recruitment journey.

Desirée grew up in southern Manitoba, has lived in Toronto and Chicago, and now calls Winnipeg home. A huge sports fan, she has previously worked for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers and is a proud recipient of a Grey Cup ring.  When she’s not recruiting or taking in a game, she can often be found enjoying the performing arts, cooking and entertaining or volunteering her time with local groups.
