Cam was raised in Edmonton, Alberta, and earned a degree from the University of Alberta. Prior to recruitment, Cam was a manager in corporations and government departments, and he owned and operated a customer-service oriented business with a nationally recognized brand. He has spent the last ten years in the recruitment industry, becoming one of the experts in his field and part of the management team when his last firm was named one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies.

Greg is the Managing Partner & Vice President for the Pacific Region of The Headhunters. Prior to this, he worked as a Partner at Canada’s premiere executive search firm, and as VP, Vancouver for one of the largest full-service recruitment firms in Canada. Barb was born and raised in Edmonton. After graduating with honours in Accounting, Barb joined the ranks of one of the “big five” CA firms while pursuing her CMA designation. Adam is a native of Vancouver where he completed his MBA with specialties in Strategic Management and Finance. Before joining The Headhunters, he worked in business development for one of Canada’s most innovative investment firms with over $4 billion under management. Chaminda moved to Vancouver in 2006 and is proud to call the city his home. He holds two bachelors’ degrees; a BA in Fine Arts and BBA in Business Entrepreneurship. Chaminda also loves sales. He has spent the past five years in sales roles in the insurance, marketing and recruitment industries.

Rachel hails from Ireland and arrived in Vancouver in 2010. She has a BA in Economics and Sociology and went on to achieve a Masters in Business Management.
Rachel launched her career in Ireland where she gained experience in finance and administration while working in the banking sector. Her love of travel led her to pursue a career abroad to gain international experience. Olena’s passion for working with people has led her through a successful career in human resources and now into recruitment. After graduating from the University of Winnipeg, Olena took on a number of roles in human resources, including recruiting for various positions and coaching new hires. In a previous HR role she made presentations to hundreds of entry level candidates on topics such as ‘How to Write a Resume’ and ‘How to Prepare for an Interview’.
