It is said that the average worker will change careers 3-5 times in their lifetime. So, if we’re all going to be career jumping at least a few times in our working life, perhaps we should take a look at which occupations have some of the best career prospects.

Rasmussen College have released a cool Interactive Graph that basically breaks down what occupations are “worth choosing” based on potential salary, competition and market stability.

Some interesting tidbits: 

  • Anesthesiologists earn the highest median salary at $234,950
  • If you work for the Postal Service it may be time to start making your move with growth prospects for 2020 at -48%
  • Love animals? Perhaps you should be a Veterinarian, they have a projected growth of 35.9% and median salary of $82,900
