Danielle has committed her career to building up successful businesses by focusing on their true core: people, and by developing top leadership teams. In 2014, Danielle was named one of the Top 100 Women in Business in Alberta, was a finalist for EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ 2014 Prairies, and in 2013 was nominated for the RBC Women of Influence award.

During her career, Danielle has risen quickly through the ranks of Fortune 500 and Deloitte Best Managed companies in a variety of management roles. Danielle’s 25 years in the recruitment industry in South Africa and Canada has been the foundation for the success of her company, The Headhunters and TempsAhead.

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Danielle built the company from scratch in 2009. Today, The Headhunters and TempsAhead service employers across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. In addition to her strong leadership skills, Danielle is also an excellent career development coach, having trained and developed staff for over 20 years. Danielle is a prolific public speaker, inspiring and educating audiences across Western Canada.
